Uchimame 2

Uchimame is a local preserved food. I had thought it was a local preserved food here in Aizu, but when I looked it up on the Internet, it seems to be found in other places as well. In Aizu, green soybeans are the most common type, but there are also soybeans made of uchimame.

They also make a good soup stock, and if fried in oil, they make a good snack.

I'm into Uchimame now.
